We are a mobile bartending service with a fleet of tap carts, some are operating vehicles; some are push carts. State regulations require that we do not SELL you alcohol, but we work with wholesalers to source for you anything you could possibly want. You will own the liquid, and we'll serve it to your guests. We have an extensive kegged cocktail menu and can get just about any beer, wine, and non-alc things you can imagine. Take a look at the "menu" tab to see some of our greatest hits. We can also surround our tapped bevs with packaged bar items - the traditional stuff.
Because we can't sell you alcohol, we make our money by providing you what I believe to be unmatched service, style, fun, chitchat, whatever your event warrants. Included in our service package is three hours of bartending service with one TIPS certified bartender, up to four bevs on tap, compostable cups, straws, naps, lots of ice, and $1M/$2M in general and liquor liablity insurance. Not bad. If your party is larger than 75 folks, we have some extras you'll need like additional bartender(s) and a small per guest fee to cover the extra costs.
Being a big fan of up-front pricing and not having to say the same thing on the phone 13 times a day, here's the skinny:
Our service fee for one tap cart is $850, for two it's $1600, and for three it's $2200. For budgeting purposes, you can expect your "liquid cost" to run about $2.50/pour. We work those details out long before you have to commit to anything. A helpful figure is to assume your guests will enjoy one drink per person per hour.
Here's a sample budget for a 3 hour party with 120 guests.
Service Fee for one (1) four-tap Cushman bar cart = $850
Liquid Cost (120 x 3 x $2.50) = $900
Additional Bartender (4hrs x $30.00) = $120
Additional Guest Fee over 100 (20 x $1.00) = $20
TOTAL = $1890 [just $15.75/guest and only $5.25/drink]
